These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Rohin Infotech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "ItsMyThing"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office at Tilak Nagar, New Delhi – 110018.

These Terms are governed by the Information Technology Act 2000, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and other applicable Indian laws. By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the platform under adult supervision.

ItsMyThing provides the following services:

• Smart QR Safety Tags: Physical tags with unique QR codes linked to your WhatsApp number, enabling emergency contact without exposing your personal details.
• User Dashboard: A digital platform to manage your linked tags, view scan history, update contact details, and control privacy settings.
• QR Scanning Service: A free public-facing service allowing finders to contact QR tag owners via WhatsApp.
• Customisation: Personalised tag designs, custom messages, and premium material options.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with 30 days' notice to registered users, except in cases of legal requirement or emergency.

Account registration requires a valid Indian WhatsApp number, verified via OTP. You are responsible for:

1. 1Maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
2. 2Ensuring your registered WhatsApp number is accurate and active.
3. 3All activities that occur under your account.
4. 4Notifying us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.

You may not create accounts using automated means, create multiple accounts for the same individual, or create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent.

By placing an order on ItsMyThing.in, you agree to the following:

• All product prices are inclusive of GST (18%) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is binding.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or verified COD booking.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with full refund processed within 5–7 business days.
• For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent. Refusal to pay constitutes order cancellation and may affect future COD eligibility.

ItsMyThing QR tags are sold for personal safety and identification purposes only. By purchasing and using our tags, you agree to:

• Use tags only on property you own or have legal authority to manage.
• Ensure the tag remains intact and legible — tampered or modified tags are not covered under warranty.
• Keep your linked WhatsApp number active; you are responsible for updating it if it changes.
• Not reproduce, clone, or counterfeit ItsMyThing QR codes.
• Not use tags for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful purpose.

ItsMyThing is not responsible for the outcome of contacts made via our platform. We are a facilitating technology — actual assistance (returning lost items, emergency response) depends on the goodwill of the finder.

You expressly agree NOT to use ItsMyThing for:

• Harassment, stalking, or contacting individuals without consent using our platform.
• Collecting personal data of other users through QR scanning.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying our platform's code, design, or algorithms.
• Creating fake or misleading QR tag profiles.
• Any activity that violates Indian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Interfering with the security or integrity of our systems.
• Impersonating ItsMyThing or Rohin Infotech in any communication.

All content on ItsMyThing.in — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, QR system architecture, website design, product images, marketing copy, and software — is the exclusive property of Rohin Infotech Private Limited and protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell, modify, or create derivative works from any ItsMyThing content.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on our platform, please contact [email protected].

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ItsMyThing and Rohin Infotech Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to your property despite having an ItsMyThing tag affixed.
• Failure of a finder to act upon scanning your QR code.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
• Actions of third parties who interact with you via our platform.
• Service interruptions due to technical maintenance, force majeure, or government directives.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. For subscription or platform-related claims, our liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by requesting account deletion. We may terminate or suspend your account with or without notice for:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes.
• Abuse of our platform or support team.
• Legal requirements or court orders.

Upon termination, your access to the dashboard ceases and your QR tags are deactivated. Any pending orders will be fulfilled unless they are part of the reason for termination. Refunds for unused services will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through our customer grievance mechanism. Submit your grievance to [email protected]. Our Grievance Officer will acknowledge within 48 hours and respond within 30 days as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.
