ItsMyThing was conceptualised and built by the team at Rohin Infotech Private Limited, a New Delhi-based IT company established in January 2011. The idea was sparked by a real-world observation — that in emergencies, helpful strangers often can't reach an owner's family because personal contact details are private.

Our mission is to make every Indian's vehicle and belongings speak for them in an emergency — safely, privately, and instantly. We want to ensure that no accident victim goes unidentified and no lost item stays lost, simply because the right person couldn't reach the right contact in time.

The name captures the personal nature of belongings — your vehicle, your bag, your helmet — it's your thing. And when that thing is found by a stranger, our platform makes it possible for that thing to 'speak' and connect the finder with you, safely. It's personal. It's yours. It's your thing.

Yes, 100%. ItsMyThing is designed, developed, and operated from New Delhi, India. The technology is built by Rohin Infotech Private Limited, which has offices across Delhi, Pune, Nagpur, Mumbai, Dehradun, and Kolkata. Every tag is manufactured and shipped from India.

Currently our flagship product is the smart QR tag. However, we are actively developing tags for helmets, bags, pets, and luggage. The platform also supports multiple items per account, so one account can protect your entire family's belongings.

Privacy is our foundation, not an afterthought. Your personal phone number is never visible to a finder. We use a masked calling relay and WhatsApp forwarding that lets strangers contact you without learning your real contact details. All data is stored in India, HTTPS-encrypted end-to-end, and we never sell or share user data.

Our tags use military-grade 3M adhesive that survives rain, dust, and heat up to 90°C. The QR is printed on UV-resistant polyester laminate rated IP68. We use QR Error Correction Level H — the tag remains scannable even if up to 30% of the surface is scratched or damaged.

Absolutely. We are actively working on pet tags, children's ID wristbands, travel luggage tags, and elder care identification cards. Our platform is designed to grow — the privacy engine and relay system already support all these use cases.
