We offer special pricing and customisation for bulk orders of 25 tags or more. Contact us at [email protected] with your requirements and we'll get back to you with a custom quote within 24 hours.
If your tag arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement shipment immediately.
Ensure the tag surface is clean and the QR is fully visible. Our tags use Error Correction Level H, so they scan even with 30% surface damage. If issues persist, reach out via WhatsApp with a photo and we'll troubleshoot or replace it.
