When someone scans your ItsMyThing QR tag, they are taken to a secure page. If they choose to contact you, a WhatsApp message is initiated to your registered number — your actual number is never displayed. You control what information is shared.

The scanner sees a friendly landing page with your customised message (e.g., 'If found, please contact the owner'). They can tap to send a WhatsApp message or call, but your phone number remains hidden behind the QR system.

Yes! Your single WhatsApp account can be linked to multiple tags — your car, bike, laptop bag, and pet collar can all point to the same WhatsApp contact. Manage everything from one dashboard.

Simply log in to your ItsMyThing account and update your WhatsApp number. Your tags automatically point to the new number — no need to replace the physical tags.

The physical QR code on the tag works offline for scanning, but to contact you via WhatsApp, the finder needs internet connectivity. The QR code itself does not require your phone to be online.

No. This is our core promise. Your WhatsApp number is never displayed publicly. The QR tag routes through our secure system, which initiates WhatsApp contact without exposing your actual number on the scan page.

Only you. Your registered name, email, and phone number are stored securely in our encrypted database and are never shared with third parties, displayed on scan pages, or sold to advertisers. Ever.

We log the scan timestamp and approximate location (city-level, not precise GPS) for your safety dashboard. This helps you track if your item has been found. The scanner's identity is not collected or stored.

Yes. From your dashboard, you can instantly deactivate any tag. A deactivated tag shows a 'This tag has been deactivated' message to anyone who scans it, and no contact is possible.

Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available in select metro cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune. International orders take 10–14 business days.

Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 have a flat ₹50 shipping charge. Express delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp message with a tracking link. You can also track your order from your ItsMyThing dashboard.

We currently ship to UAE, Singapore, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. International shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

Please photograph the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and email it to [email protected] or WhatsApp us. We will send a replacement at no charge within 5–7 business days.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking (all major Indian banks), Digital Wallets, EMI (on orders above ₹999), and Cash on Delivery for orders up to ₹2,000.

Yes, COD is available for orders up to ₹2,000 across most pin codes in India. A small handling fee of ₹30 may apply for COD orders below ₹500.

Yes, log into your account, go to Profile Settings, and update your WhatsApp number. You will need to verify the new number via OTP. All your linked tags automatically update to the new number.

Email us at [email protected] with the subject 'Account Deletion Request' from your registered email. We will process the deletion within 7 business days and send confirmation. All your data will be permanently removed.
