We do not collect: biometric data, financial card details (processed by payment gateways only), Aadhaar numbers, or precise GPS coordinates.

• Safety features: Sending you alerts when your QR tag is scanned (optional, configurable).

• Legal compliance: Maintaining records as required by Indian law and tax regulations.
• Product improvement: Analysing anonymised usage patterns to improve our platform.

We share data only with trusted service providers who are contractually bound to protect it:

• Payment processors: Razorpay / Cashfree (for secure payment handling — we never see your full card number).
• Logistics partners: Delhivery, Shiprocket (for order tracking and delivery).
• Cloud infrastructure: AWS / Google Cloud (for secure data storage, hosted in India).
• Communication: WhatsApp Business API (for OTP and notifications — governed by Meta's privacy policy).
• Law enforcement: Only when legally required by a valid court order or government mandate.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of ItsMyThing, your data may be transferred to the new entity. You will be notified at least 30 days before any such transfer via your registered contact details.
